Where we retain the Information, the Information is stored on secure remote servers operated by Google (including servers located in Australia), local hard drives and/or in hard-copy form. We take reasonable steps to protect your Information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.
While we take reasonable precautions to protect your Information, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, COOC Pty Ltd and its related parties exclude all liability for any loss, damage, cost or expense (including without limitation, loss of data, loss of profits, or any indirect, consequential or special damages) arising from or in connection with:

You may request access to the Information we hold about you, or request correction of any inaccurate Information, by contacting us at privacy@cooc.com.au.
This policy may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. This privacy policy is subject to (and may be limited by) applicable laws, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Australian Privacy Principles.
